RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
We pride ourselves on being able to have your order dispatched within 24 hours, with most orders sent within one hour.
You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.
If you’re not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you’ve received, please let us know by emailing us within 10 calendar days of receipt, and within 3 months from the order date. Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer Services.
Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs.
We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error.
Please check your fragrance or home scent orders carefully, as fragrances and home scents can NOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.
In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:
- A copy of your delivery note or your order number
- Return authorization (obtainable from Customer Services)
- Reason for return
Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.
For credit card refunds, please note we can only refund the total cost of goods. If there are shipping charges to be refunded we will offer you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement.
Refund due to incorrect shipping address
When placing an order, the buyer must specify the correct delivery address. If the buyer specified an incorrect delivery address, he pays the full cost of sending the order, returning the order to the store, but not less than 40% of the order value. A refund is only possible when the product is returned to the seller’s warehouse.
Return of an unclaimed parcel
After making an order, the store provides codes for tracking the parcel. The buyer can track the location and movement of the parcel in the personal account. If the buyer refuses to receive the parcel without specifying a valid reason, he pays all the costs of delivery of the parcel, return of the parcel, customs payments, but not less than 40% of the order value.
Cancellation of the order during the delivery process
Cancellation and modification of the order during the delivery process is not possible. Delivery is carried out regardless of BoomParfum.com by postal operators, in connection with which BoomParfum.com does not guarantee the exact delivery time, and the buyer cannot refer to the circumstances of the extended delivery time of the parcel as a reason for canceling the order and refund.
Cancellation of the order is possible if the parcel has returned to the store’s warehouse or acquired the status “lost” when tracking the tracking code of the parcel on the international website https://globaltracktrace.ptc.post/gtt.web/.
